At Antique Lamp Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your restoration projects and lighting components. If a part doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account to view your order history and select the items you wish to return, or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all fragile glass shades or brass components are well-cushioned.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via your preferred carrier to our returns department address provided in your confirmation email.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned parts for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
